New rules

I still care for this group, but I have less time to clean the folders. Because of that, I changed the group rules.

Now a vote will be needed for any submission;
No more unrelated art will be accepted unless if it's allowed (like an Holiday special);
Submission limit is now 10/week (down from 10/day).

I'm still working on fixing the folder CSS and on the indexes when I have a bit of time.

Members and affiliates now can post their contest and event journal in the new Affiliates corner folder. We don't accept commission advertisement, kiribans, raffles (save for some exceptions), adoptables or begging.

A summer contest is coming!
